People are getting fired, people are leaving. But it's stuff you and I as entrepreneurs and business owners deal with. It's employees and contractors. I know everyone loves saying hire slow, fire fast. Well, I don't know about you, I have done it right a couple times. But one thing to remember about hiring employees or contractors is we're dealing with humans. Honestly, at the end of the day, though, we're still driving a business. We have a job to do. Think of it like a sports team. If you have 10 people on a sports team and one is failing drastically, I'm more worried about the nine than I am the pain to deal with the one. So I have to deal with the one to bring in another recruit, another individual so the team can get back up to par and start winning. Let me know how this impacts your bottom line and your business.
