We're going to talk about five different core values that we have. The first core value is called Care 360. This core value is actually in every single company I own or I'm a part of. For the simple fact is we have to care, leading by caring. Number one, you got to care for yourself. That's huge. If you're dead, unhealthy and dead, you can't do much with that. So you got to care for yourself. You got to step up your game and care about your mental capacities, how to grow, develop, constantly investing in yourself. So you care. That's why you're here. And you want to do more. So care about yourself, care about your family, care about your team team, care about the clients and let them know and feel that they are the only person you're working with in that moment. So it's very powerful. On the Care360 moment.
