I don't write down my goals daily. I know what I need to do. I look at my execution plan, not my goal plan. I know gotta happen. I know I gotta have teams being built. I know I gotta be spending money on marketing. I know where we're going in the company. Where are you going? I know where I'm going. I know where the companies are going. Not to say there's not hiccups and all that stuff, because it's called life. There is, but I just challenge you to ask yourself, where are you at? Where do you want to go? How does it look for you? You want to work 40 hours a day or do you want to work 4 hours a day? Or do you not want to work at all? I have a company that generates millions of dollars for me. Spend zero hours in the company. I spend two hours on the company per week. And I didn't have to do that. I do that because I actually like talking to the team that run it.
