From my experience, if you're in the right environment, they want to talk about what they do, right? They just might not be as outwardly as us. They might kind of be a little bit shy. But if you just ask silly questions or like, dude. Like, dude, I know you're online. Keep up the great work. And then, boom, starts a conversation.
