Hey there, it's Mark Evans, dm, dn, Rolling down the freeway today. Heading actually to go have a nice cigar with a couple buddies. But just thought I'd come in and say Happy Friday. It's Happy Friday. It's good Friday, I should say. And just another beautiful day here in paradise. There I am right there. I can see in the mirror. Anyways, gonna turn around here. Just want to let you know you got to stay passionate, going after those dreams. There's a lot to accomplish out there and a lot of opportunities. So stay on your way. Don't let anybody stop you. There's a lot of deals out there today. We got like four or five deals closing up and it's exciting for all of us. So I'm not in the office, nor do I, very rarely go in the office. But it's all about having a great team, which I always appreciate. My team, great shout out, you know, to Peter, Ian, Just everyone in the office, just everyone there. So a lot of cool stuff can happen when you set your mind to it. So keep up the great work, guys, and again, have a great weekend and enjoy your family this holiday weekend. Talk to you soon. Bye.
