Dude, I, I see a lot of people get complacent. When's the last time you had an uncomfortable conversation with a seller or a buyer? Like, the numbers are so big, they're scared and out of you. Practically peeing down your leg. The guy's like, yeah, it's only 24 million. That's it. Only. And dude, I'm trying to make five grand on a deal like it's just a game to me. But again, it starts breeding confidence. You start picking up the lingo, the language, the process, how they, how they're moving, what they're saying, what they're doing. And then ideally, all three of us standing up here, you guys should be saying, if they can do it, why can't I? We're no smarter than anybody in the room at.
