Short YouTube transcript in which Mark Evans DM answers a viewer question about when to hire an assistant for wholesale deals. He says there is no strict benchmark, admits he sometimes hires when he wants rather than needs, and recommends hiring an assistant as soon as possible to buy time; he also offers to discuss the viewer's deal volume one-on-one.

Mark. I'm not quite there yet, but ideally, what is the benchmark that I need to hit in wholesale deals before I make my first hire? I don't know the answer to that because I hired prior. I don't hire when I need to. I hire when I want to. Or you're never ready, by the way. But Connor, if you have deals, I don't know what your deal volume is. If you want to hop on here, I'd love to talk to you one on one about this, but I believe everyone should hire an assistant asap. I think an assistant will buy you so much more time.
