A short YouTube monologue by Mark Evans DM advising a friend about hiring. Mark argues that hiring a committed, hard-working person immediately increases the owner’s confidence, forces the owner to elevate their game, improves sleep/peace of mind, and creates mutual accountability; he predicts such hires can multiply company performance (claims: triple or quadruple growth within 12 months).

Talking to my buddy this morning about him hiring people. It was a big decision financially, it was a big decision for him. But I was like, dude, this person will make you more money the day you say yes to hiring them. How is that possible? Because I'm spending more money now. That's less profit in my company, blah, blah, blah. Well, what it does is it gives you confidence. It really unlocks something in your brain. When you hire someone like that. You have to elevate your game. Now they're watching you and you're in charge of this. They're like, hey, what do I do next, Mark? Not only that, you're going to sleep great at night, that night, and they're going to sleep. They're not going to be up all night. That's the kind of day you want, because they care. This individual he hired is a hard worker, amazing person. She's going to drive the company. She literally will triple or four times that company over the next 12 months. I know it. I've seen this happen many times. Because she's in it to win it. They're connected at that level. He doesn't want to let her down, and most importantly, she doesn't want to let him down.
