House Giveaway - Columbus, OH - June 21, 2014

Hi there, my name is Mark Evans Diem and thank you very much for coming to HouseGiveaway.org we have a special video I want to share with you about an awesome opportunity happening June 20th and 21st in Columbus, Ohio. The video you're about to witness is over 12 days, we were able to take a house, dilapidated in Columbus, Ohio and build it from the ground up with brand new furnishings, fully furnished, down to the toothbrush and be able to give it and hand it over to a homeless veteran mother of a child named Tyson. You'll quickly see how awesome this was. It was a great experience for all of us. Which brings me to full circle giving as you're watching this and all this stuff that's going on and taking place. Columbus, Ohio, June 20th and June 21st. We believe in full circle giving where I am able to teach you how to learn in real estate investing. And B, you're able to take those skill sets and go out and learn how to make a lot of money and implement this in your hometown. And then C, we're able to give back to a person that wasn't able to take care of their life at that moment. So, so we're able to all come together in a charitable process to be able to give it. Not a handout, but a hand up to allow them to strive and survive into this day's economy. Today is Monday. We're heading over to the property on Cassidy Avenue, the house we're giving away. Very excited to do this. Walking in, it's all going to be hardwood floors. Ceiling is going to be nice and clean. Replace these doors. This carpet's gonna get replaced. Another bedroom right here. We got new six panel doors. Here's the kitchen. We're actually gonna replace this. That's the only bathroom in the house. Very tight though. As you can see. Here's the backyard. It's not gonna look like this real quick. Got a lot to do here, but at the end of the day, it's all about giving back. Day two, looking good. Things are happening, guys. We're tearing this up. We're residing the whole front yard. Everything's looking good. You're gonna see it's a whole, gonna be a whole nother house. Got a lot of great stuff here. As you can see, all the cabinets are here. Paint all the way. Tree. Soon to be without the tree. Day three, it's happening. Brand new steps, nice opening, nice and bright. Get this done. Today's day four. We have a lot of things shaking and baking. We got the fencing Come in. All new fence draft up here of the kitchen. You can see it's coming together real nice. Day five, got all the drywall modded, ready for paint. Got the new wall, the door, got the cabinets ready to go. Finishing up the cabinets. Tomorrow we got the ceiling ready to roll. Got a lot going on here. Day six, a lot of things happen. Alright, we got seven things to tile here. Look in there. It's loaded to the max. New bathrooms, new kitchen, new hardwood floors, new carpet, pretty much a brand new house. Newer windows, newer roof. This house coming together great. So I know it's going to get a lot of good use and a lot of wear and tear in a good way. And again, thank you very much. Final Salute. Actually today we're putting down the hardwood floors. We're getting all the rooms fully painted, fully finished, ready to go. The kitchen gets fully done today. The bathroom will be 100% done today. And this is day eight. It's D Day. Thank you. Hungry?

I'm going to find Jeanette. Positive things about you, how excited she is for you. On behalf of Final Salute and our board of directors, we really want to thank all of you for joining us here today. Most of our American citizens are not aware that the number of female veterans is over 13,000 nationwide and growing. Over half that population is single mothers. Organizations like HouseGiveAway.org and Finalsolin Inc. Make sure that no veteran is left behind, regardless of their gender. Megan is going to be our recipient today and she just actually came back. She's not even a week from coming back from Afghanistan. So I'd really like to thank her for her service and coming back home.

I call her and say, hey, we're going to give a house away, but we need to September 1st. So super excited for you guys and a lot of people came here from all over the country, all the way from Canada. Thank you guys for being here to support this. Yeah.
