How do you attract a players onto your team, Mark? Well, you don't give D player salary. You know, everyone's like, dude, I want A players. But everything you have going on is C at best, if not df, you got to get real with yourself. That was me for a long time, for the first eight years, because I grew up poor. So I watched everyone. Like, everyone was after your money. Everyone was after you. You had to fight for every penny. Every penny. So I would actually, I wrote a book about this called Magician versus Mule. Like, you pay people less, you work them harder. That's what you do. That's how I was trained my whole life. So. But once you start shifting and like, realizing, like, humans are assets, just like deals and businesses, these are assets to your business. I'm looking for people that want careers, not jobs. You start changing your language, and then if they want a career, you got to actually build it out properly so they can have a career.
