I don't listen to people that don't have what I want. For example, if I was trying to lose weight, I'm not listening to the 400 pound guy telling me how to lose weight. If I want to get massively wealthy in a company and have a billion dollar organization, I'm not listening to the employee that makes 50,000 a year that gave up on his dreams, or didn't have the balls to take action, or makes up all the excuses of why they can't do it. I want to meet the individuals that's accomplished where I want to be. That's why masterminds and mentorship groups actually work. It's not necessarily about the knowledge, even though that helps. Obviously. It's about getting around other individuals or where you want to be, and retooling your identity of where you're at to where you're going. You already know where you're at, but where are you going.
