I focus on what I can control. And again, it's the me economy. There's so many smart people. I remember this in 0708 06, whatever. When the big market shifted in real estate, I literally knew it was coming. I was preparing. I was just buying for cash flow. At the end of the day, what really happened is I just made more money because I was focused on me. And I'm not smart. I barely graduated high school, never went to college. I just understand me and what I'm doing. I can control me. I can understand, like, how I can, like, pivot in moments. So for us, at the end of the day is there's billionaires, there's smart people, way smarter than I'll ever be intellectually. That all went bankrupt. I didn't. I actually flourished in that market.
