So what age were you when you started outsourcing your work? 14. Mowing lawns. So I used to go get lawn jobs and I would do the work and then I'd get enough jobs where I could hire my buddies, then I'd be hiring all my buddies, but I'd go get more work. So I'd get to pay 20 bucks, pay my friend $10 the mow and I'd just go get more work. Do you knock on doors and stuff? At the time it was the best. Dude, I think everyone should have to go doorknock for two years of their life. I think it's like the best lesson. You learn how to create a conversation, enter conversation, get rejected. Like literally spit in your face rejected. Like get out of my house or I'm gonna shoot you rejected. Like legit. And then you start learning like just the psychology of selling. Like to go in certain parts of the area, not so good. And I'd be trying to sell jobs and there's fleas everywhere, whatever. And lad's like, you want some lemonade? Yes I do. Cuz you never start a cell cycle saying no.
