A short YouTube monologue (by Mark Evans DM) where the speaker emphasizes a desire to help people, praises an "alliance"/"family" of peers doing well, and urges listeners to adopt a growth mindset—playing to win rather than playing not to lose. The speaker frames work as enjoyable and motivating despite challenges.
If you look at all the guys in here, how long we've been rolling, five, six years. I'm not trying to sell anybody anything. I want to help people. Sometimes it happens. Like, hey, you should be in this. I think we could help you in these different groups. But what's awesome about the alliance and the family, you guys all are doing amazing things in your own right. How do you grow it? How do you expand it? I know for a fact most of you are playing small. You're playing not to lose versus playing not to win. I know. I'm guilty of it, too. I don't have to work. I want to work. It's fun to me. It's neat. I want to mess up. I want to fight the struggles. I want to build this.
