If I walk outside today and get in a car wreck and it's bad, it's my fault, not the other person's fault. It's my fault. I could have left earlier, could have left later, could have not drove. So many things that I control everyone else out here playing the blame game. I promise you, if you own it from good, bad, and ugly in between, you will succeed at a different level. Leadership through action. Believe it or not, this is something that I'm still working on. We all got to work on it and continue leadership. We got to lead, not be the boss. I used to always want to be the boss back in the day, like, oh, my God, my boss is here. Now it's more like they're my teammates.
