Interest rates are going up. There was a point back in the 80s, dude, you could put your money in an interest bearing account, get 18%. How are you going to pay 7 or 10%? Because I remember you that are doing real estate. Like, dude, I would never pay 10% for private money. Now they're paying 20, now they're paying 25. They will literally cut off their left arm and give you everything because they're about to lose all of it. They'll give you 100% ROI. They have to. You're not going to raise anybody at 7:10, homie. Straight up.
