I started learning how to do real estate investing. While I was working 16 hours a day at the seamless gutter company, I started learning about real estate investing, understanding what cash on cash return is, understanding what owner finance deals look like, understanding how to get other people's money. But at the end of the day, you have to get started. You have to invest in yourself. And you have to understand what does rich mean to you? Because when I was first starting out, $100,000 a year is what I was shooting for. That was rich. If I did that in a week, I'm in trouble. Now.
