It sucks when I talk to people and I hear it as clear as day. Mark, I'm wholesaling. Mark, I'm wholesaling, but I haven't hit my goals. Mark, I'm buying apartment buildings, but I haven't hit my goals. Mark, I'm starting a new market, but I haven't hit my goals. I'm not knocking it. I've been there. I've been there multiple times. But I never had someone like me saying, yo, dude, focus. You got this. You're so much better than that. And then they tell me in the same breath, I have children. I'm not spending the time I need to with them because I'm building these things. Dude, you're not building anything. And even if you built the biggest building in town, there's zero foundation that's going to collapse ultimately. And you just lost all that amazing time with your kids.
