You have to have parameters. I'm not a micromanager. I used to be, but I'm not anymore. So I expect the best, but I assume the worst. It's kind of like a protection mode for my brain. But I also, behind the scenes, I'm like, I give them the tools. I give them the confidence. Hey, go after it. It's okay to mess up. That was the biggest turning point for me. And all my business is telling them it's okay to mess up because we've messed up so much to get to where we're at. We're still messing up. But employees are afraid to mess up. We forget they're intimidated by us, which is funny to me, because I'm like, dude, I just want to win. I think we have to, like, show them, hey, it's okay to mess up.
