Anyways get a lot of people coming to me saying Mark how are you able to close so many deals from afar? Well the truth is a simple answer is I build a team. I built processes and procedures. What you're looking at right now is a custom system that my team has created over the years. I created this system, the team did before Podio and all these other great sites out there existed. So this is a 100% fully custom system that I've invested many many hundreds of thousands of dollars to create. It may look simple but there's a lot of pieces behind the scenes going on here. But I wanted to show you I'm sitting in Rome, Italy, haven't been to the office in two months, three months and just kind of want to show you what it looks like right here.
