Yes. Now we're live. What's up guys and gals? It's your boy, Mark Evans, dm coming to you back. I missed you guys. I was gone for a week. Working, putting in the work, putting in the time, Getting a little sun in the fun. What's going on, man? Here you go, Chuck. Now you can stop texting me. What's up man? Thank you, Steve. Good morning, John. What's up buddy? Colorado, thank you guys for being here. We got a lot of good show this week. I got a lot of cool topics to share with you guys. Mr. Jim Krautkramer. What's up buddy? What's up Brad? Good morning buddy. So we'll get started here in a second. As you guys are coming on, give me a quick shout out, let me know where you're from. Some pretty cool things happening. I was in, as you guys may or may not know, I was over in Key Largo for three or four days and then up in South Carolina for four days with the famous, doing some stuff and hanging out with some amazing people. Talk about that here today as you guys are coming on. What's up? Good morning, Dylan. What's up buddy? Missed you, my man. What's up Patrick? Thank you for being here guys. So as I'm getting back in the loop of things and you know, just getting back into the rhythm that's sometimes when you travel it kind of happens and I didn't want to over commit, wanted to hang out with the fam and Good morning Nelson and all that good stuff. So appreciate you guys being here. So today's topic is a big topic and I talk to people every day about this stuff so thought it'd be interesting to share with you guys. Masterminds, scam or the real deal? What do you guys think about masterminds? Do you think they're scams or real deal? And as you're thinking about that, I want you to think about some stuff here today. As I'm sitting here talking to you, my best friends, minus one of my guys, he's like my brother Bill. But everyone else in my life that are my best friends that I roll with, I think about, I call them, they call me, come from a mastermind, as crazy as that sounds. And what's even more interesting, it's not just a mastermind, third party masterminds, it's my mastermind, the DM family. These are like guys that like my brothers. I know things about them. I know where they're at, where they're going. I know their Deepest drives. I know their deepest secrets. And that's not a bad thing. It's like I want to help them. And it pulls us together closer and tighter. See, a lot of times people think vulnerability is a weakness. I see it as a strength. As we all come together and we work harder and harder on a vision and a purpose and solutions, we all start getting closer together and growing and expanding and doing new things. And I take it very serious. It's actually one of my biggest things I get to do in life. It's not necessarily the most profitable and it's not sellable or scalable, but is the most rewarding thing as a leader I get to do is to lead leaders. What's neat about it is as I'm leading leaders and people that invest in themselves about going to masterminds, you guys do realize that I would not be here today if I didn't invest in myself, in masterminds, wouldn't be here. I wouldn't even be. I don't even know where I'd be. Honestly, I don't know any other way to get to the next level. I genuinely don't. Obviously you go to a mastermind, you got to do the work. But at the end of the day, you know, I hear the people that are saying they're scams are the people that are not where you want to be. But let's be honest, the people that are saying these are scams, are they even on these kind of shows? Are they even coming to, to learn and knowledge up? Are they sitting at home armchair investing saying they can do better but they've never done a deal? Are these the same people that tell you masterminds are a scam but yet don't have their shit figured out? Their house is in disarray, their finances are non existent and yet it's a scam. Do you think there's a connection to people that invest in masterminds to be successful? See, when I was up in South Carolina, I, I was hanging out with a lot of amazing people. And as I'm sitting there thinking in the room like I'm attending, as well as talking a little bit the next day, the second day, but I'm literally sitting there thinking about how powerful a group of people are that are there for the same common purpose, to grow, expand and implement. And when you get in rooms like that, it will change your life. If you've never been in rooms like that, you're missing out drastically. Good morning, Paul. What's up Ben? Good morning, Kevin. What's up, man? What's up, Paul? So as I'm sitting in that room and I'm listening to all these great guys and gals talk about, you know, where they're at, where they want to go, how they're getting there, selling a company for 18 million, buying a company for 10 million and doing these things. And, you know, and this is not just real estate, by the way. This is a mastermind of multiple different industries, different people doing amazing things. But what's cool about these kind of rooms is like you can hear from different people from where they're at and where they want to go, what they're doing to solve problems. We'll have a problem, hey, how do I make more money or how do I serve more people or do this or that? And then you're going to get a bunch of people coming in in the mastermind to give you ideas, to give you thoughts, to give you insights. At the end of the day, it will change your life. I've never met anybody that's went to a mastermind genuinely wanting to learn, to not walk away with like many, many, many, many, many times the value of the investment. Good morning, Mike. What's up, Andrew? Masterminds are key to super success stories. Absolutely. Good morning, Mark. Hope you enjoyed your birthday week. It's not my birthday week yet. June 19th. This is my week. Darrell from Detroit. What's up, buddy? So in that room, what's cool. Thank you, Ben. Mastermind, your mastermind change changes my life. That's awesome, man. Thank you. You guys change my life. The guys that are in the mastermind group genuinely changed my life. That's what's awesome about it. If you run a mastermind, you know what I mean? It's you guys. I'm waking up to share information with them that I'm learning. I'm pushing through my, my fears. I'm pushing, I'm prodding, I'm learning, I'm growing. And I'm not just trying to grow me. I'm trying to grow what I'm doing, to share the data, to share the information with others. And if you think 35,000 a year, that's what my mastermind cost. 35,000 a year is a lot of money. Try not being in one. How much does a mastermind, how much are you not making because of a mastermind? See, masterminds, really, if you have a great leader and a mastermind, someone who genuinely cares, their insights, their thoughts and the people they bring around you will only, only improve your environment, will only improve Your revenue will only improve your life. I'm not saying that doesn't require work. I'm not saying it doesn't require getting outside of yourself and really getting punched in the face or kicked in the nuts or whatever you want to call it. It's going to require real, real work. See, the thing is, what's cool about Masterminds is who do you talk to when you tell them your big dreams? You know those dreams that you're almost embarrassed to say? Actually, you probably are embarrassed to say to your friends and your family, mostly the people that care about you the most, because they're going to tell you, stop dreaming. Don't be silly. Don't be naive. We come from a different cloth. You can't do that. Just be thankful for what you have. Johnny. It's okay, buddy. It's okay. You got this. Just be grateful for where you're at. Just be happy that you can do what you do. Go back to work. Know that this is not for everybody. It's not even for you. Just. That's just for a certain exclusive amount of people. Blah, blah, blah, blah. All this other horseshit. We get told, right? So who do you talk to? What are you talking about? Who do you talk to? Who do you get vulnerable with when you're having a challenge? See, the problem is, I can't call some Joe Schmo off the street and tell him I'm having a shitty day and I made $7 million this quarter. They're like, dude, you're rich. What do you have problems for? You're rich already. Am I? First of all, it's not about rich or poor. It's about I'm not. So I'm not being. I'm not being the best I can be. See, the problem is most people get it twisted. They think it's all about just money. Well, don't you think it's about mental health? Mental conversations that stimulate you to the next level. Getting around other people that can push and prod you when you want to grow and need to grow? Who do you call when you just did that big deal and you just made millions of dollars? Who do you call? Who do you call that can genuinely celebrate with you? It's very tough, very tough to call the people that know you the most. Why? Because they know the old you. They haven't invested in themselves. You are. They haven't been where you're at and where you're going. They're just stuck in their environments. See, masterminds are a group of collaboration and opportunity where people will share real stuff with you. Like we at the Mastermind, I was just at. We have people that will cry, where lots of laughing, lots of insightfulness, lots of direction, lots of prodding, lots of growth for the better good. No one's there judging and saying, you suck. You're. I'm better than you, you're better than me, and this and that. And I'm only talking about you at this point. What do you get out of this? See, as Darrell says, relationship. I talked about this on a show called Relationship Capital. You understand the relationships that you forge in these environments will forever be your friends. Not all of them. It's not everybody, but it's a large portion. I have people still to this day that I'm investing with, many people that I've met in Mastermind groups over 20 years ago. 20 years ago. See, the mastermind is simply separator. You think you're paying for who's in the room. You're not. You're paying. The truth is, you're really paying for who is not in the room. Let me say it again. You're not paying 35 grand for who's in the room. You're paying 35 grand for who is not in the room. You don't have to come in there and protect your thoughts because you're gonna get shit on. You don't have to come in there and say something like, Oh, I made $7 million this quarter and get blasted like, dude, you're bragging. Blah, blah, blah. We're not bragging. We're talking and we're sharing. See, when you're paying for the people that's not in the room, you're buying inside of a bubble, a bubble of greatness, of great people, great ideas, where they've been there, done that. Most of you guys like to struggle. You like to struggle to get to the next level. What if you didn't have to struggle? What if someone could solve your problem like that because you invested in yourself? What if you solved your problem like that because not only did you invest in yourself, but because you've been coming and showing and sharing and going. You don't need anything right now. That's when you should be in a mastermind. It's kind of like money. You never go. You know, you don't go asking for money when you need it. It's hard to get. You get the money when you don't need it. Masterminds, you start investing in masterminds not necessarily when you need it, but when you don't see, it's interesting to me. People leave masterminds, mine included, when they're having a tough time. That's exactly when you should put your heels down, hunker down and get vulnerable to the next level. You're leaving for a reason. Where are you going to go? Another mastermind. People that bounce masterminds typically are full of shit. Why? I've seen it happen a million times. Why? Because they can go into a new mastermind Peacock and act like they're big dogs. The leader of that mastermind will let them get by with it for a year. After a year, you start calling out their bullshit. Then they're like, dude, this isn't for me. I got something going on with this or that. I got to go. I can't do this anymore. I've seen it happen a million times. So for you, depending on what you're trying to do, there's masterminds for everything, Victoria. They're everywhere. You got to ask yourself, what do you want a mastermind to do for you? What can you bring to the mastermind? What is your budget for the mastermind? And whatever number you're thinking at a zero or two zeros, Mastermind, a real mastermind is going to cost, you know, 20, 20 grand. Bare bones, up to a million dollars. Per year. Per year. It's not a one time fee, it's per year. My mastermind and DM family is 35 grand. We don't have any room, but it's 35 grand. I cap mine out. Not all masterminds are created equal. And I'm not saying all masterminds will serve you, just saying masterminds, are they a scam or are they not? Well, my world masterminds have changed my life and they're my best friends in the world. So at the end of the day, depending on what you're trying to do, Victoria's asking, so you have to have some level of achievement already. Well, if you're alive and thinking about masterminds, you've achieved something. I don't know what level of achievement means. It's a very. I don't know what that means. Have you done deals? Are you trying to do deals or you do marketing? What is your value? The real question is what's your unique ability to bring to the mastermind? And the job as the leader of that mastermind is to filter you through the process to see if you're a good fit for them or not. The truth is, in the DM family, I've probably Turned down. Well, not probably. I've turned down more people than actually allowed into it. Not because I'm a dick. It's because my job is to protect the overall health and wealth of the DM family. See Masterminds again, this is like a very tight. I'm not doing it for money, I'm doing it to serve, I'm doing it to help. The money is to separate the money. I wouldn't do it for not the money because it takes a lot of my time. But dollar for time, it's the least valuable thing I do. If you look at my hours into it, opposed to what I make from it. But I love doing it. Like I said, I was up there with my boy Tim up in South Carolina. He doesn't pay me to go up there. I pay for everything to go up there because I want to see him and support him and be a part of him. He's been part of the DM family for many years. My boy Joe, I can name them all. So depending on what you're trying to do, there's a lot of variables here. John. I'm a big believer. Suggestions on where to search for local masterminds. I think you need to get unlocal. See the problem with local masterminds, from my experience, is that you get comfortable. It's always funny to me when I do something in Florida or Cleveland and people are local, they never hang out afterwards, big mistake. And they're never there in the morning having coffee with people, another big mistake. And they're very rarely present, a massive big mistake because they're local. It's easy, it's convenient. What I like about Masterminds is getting unlocal. Going to a destination to get uncomfortable and to get your bearings around this. Now you have to stretch. You get into a new environment and you're learning you're in a different position. When you're local, you're really shortchanging yourself. And I'm not to say that there's not opportunities locally. I just don't. I've personally never been a part of a local mastermind. Local mastermind ever. My masterminds have been in Vegas, Arizona, South Carolina, Tampa, when I was in California. I mean they've been all over the country, but never in my own backyard ever. I had to travel, I had to drive or fly. I had to up uplift my family, myself, my business, to get away for three days. When you're local, you don't do that and that's a problem. A lot of people are Trying to conserve cash because they. Again, the only reason people are trying to go local is because they think it costs money. John, don't think this costs money. This is a massive investment in yourself. 35, 20, 30, 40, 50, whatever grand it is. If you believe in the leader and you believe in what they stand for and the investment scares you, that's going, by the way. The investment should scare you. If you're new to this, you got to invest in yourself. But know at one point you're not investing in the mastermind, you're investing in yourself. So I'd ask you, are you a scam? Are you a scam? I'm asking any of you, are you a scam? If you're a scam, why are you even here? If you're a scam, why do you do what you do? So you got to understand your worth in life, period. And you got to understand that at the end of the day.
Something happened. He just dropped off. Just give us one moment as we figure out the technical difficulties.
Boom. We're back. I'm back, I'm back. Thank you, Beacon. Masterminds never cost money. It might not accomplish what you want initially out of the gate. The problem is the reason masterminds don't work for most is because they're going there to take. See, the truth is, takers get a lot and they go there. They take and they roll out. They take and they roll out. They take and they roll out. Right? So for you, if you go there to give, it's okay to get. Obviously, that's why you're there. But the people that succeed at the highest level are the biggest givers and my masterminds. One of the most beautiful sights I've ever seen is when I'm sitting in there in South Carolina, and I've done this with multiple of my guys, not just Tim, but like being. Being a part of seeing them talking and being in front, like seeing 40 of their followers in a room that's listening to every word they're saying, that's connecting at the highest level. They're high fiving, they're hugging, they're laughing, they're crying, they're, you know, smacking each other's butts, whatever they're doing in these rooms, but really just watching it unfold. Because I remember five years ago when I met Tim, about the conversations we had where he was at in his life, where he said he was going to go with not understanding a clear picture of what that would look like. And fast forward to today, him Being there and beyond, it's the best thing. It's the best feeling in the world. It's kind of, and it sounds silly, but it's like watching your child grow up and go to college within five years or less. It's being so proud. Knowing that the information and the knowledge that we've instilled in him, not just me, but all the guys in the Diem family and other groups he belongs to, how much he's taken it as a sponge, more importantly, implemented the information that he's learned to get to where he's at today. With over 3,000 units, many millions of dollars of revenue, and I think $300 million in properties and all this stuff, just to see it come to fruition in a very quick time, that's not possible without a mastermind. I cannot, I've never met anybody that's done it without a mastermind ever. Now listen, they can say they have, but we've talked about this. I don't believe in self made. See, maybe their mastermind is called something else. Maybe their mastermind is smaller than the average mastermind that you might be thinking. But I can tell you there's always a price to pay. It's either going to be in time or money or both to get the results that you want. And if, you know, going into a mastermind where there's business owners that are growing and developing and expanding and thriving and go giving like just massive go givers, you see some amazing things take place and I don't know what you want or where you want to be in life, but a mastermind, if you got there and the right one and did the right work and implemented the stuff you're supposed to implement, you will see a massive change. You actually will become unrecognizable to yourself. 12 months, 24 months, 36 months down the road, when guys come into my mastermind, I always say, hey, listen, give me 10 years at 35 grand a year, it's only $350,000. You will make millions, many, many millions of dollars. I've seen it happen way quicker. See, it's all about framing. It's all about understanding the power of commitment. The reason why most masterminds don't work for people is because they're not committed to the mastermind. Now listen, to be honest, I've been involved in shitty masterminds. I've been involved in masterminds not for the leader, but for the students. I've been involved in masterminds where the leader really wasn't Personal. He was just in there to make money and it was very transactional. I don't like that. I'm a very relationship driven guy. He's a very transactional guy. There's no right or wrong to that. It is what it is. He's successful in his own right, I'm successful my own right. But we're both growing, we're both learning, we're both expanding. See, I learned a lot. More importantly, I showed up to the events, I invested lots of money in all these events over the years. Many millions of dollars. Not just in money by the way. I'm talking time and energy and flights and traveling and all that good stuff. So this isn't just about money. This takes. I mean this is time. Time is my. That's the commodity I care about the most. So these masterminds just make sure that you're coming intently, you're showing up with the power of intention. I will be there to serve and I'm there to soak up. I don't know anything. Please help me. We've all heard the saying, be the dumbest person in the room. Well, what does that mean exactly? I don't necessarily know what it means exactly because I'm always the dumbest person in the room. So it's pretty much me being in real even with my 5 year old sons in there. But for me, what I really think it comes down to is no ego. I don't know anything. Please help me. Here's my problem. What's the solution? There's a lot that happens with masterminds when you ask these kind of questions. For the simple fact is they're non emotionally attached to the problem and the outcome. They're just sharing where they've been and where they're going, what they've done. So what happens? It can unlock your anger, it can unlock your anxiety, it can unlock your fear to help you get better results, quicker results. Because you can say, huh? If that guy can do it, why can't I? As my boy, Jonathan Riviera always says, borrow other people's belief systems. So picture this. Picture you're in the room of 30 people. Inside that room of 30 people, there's all kinds of people, successful, not as successful and more successful than others. And then there's you. Depending where you fit in that category. It's all relative. But picture this, what happens in that room when you ask a question about like hey guys, I need help and you see a guy, it's like, let's say if I want to sell a company for $10 million. And then you see a guy over there, it's like, I've sold four companies for $40 million each, minimum. And you're like, they're younger, older, here's what they look like, here's how they act, blah blah, blah, blah blah. I could borrow like my mind sure goes, if he can do it, why can't I? What does he know that I don't know? I could borrow his belief. Not only take the knowledge I learned, but, but I could pull from his belief system. I believe I can sell a company for at least 40 million. Now it's kind of like the four minute mile, right? You don't believe you can do it until someone does it. So when you meet the person and you understand that they don't have anything more special than you do, except maybe a different thought, maybe a different industry, maybe a different implementation factor, maybe their structure looks different. There's a couple of variables there. But you could borrow their belief to go do it yourself. So masterminds, a scam or an investment? Now I think you know where I stand by now. I think the biggest scam is you. Telling you yourself, it's a scam. Masterminds can be the most powerful game changing piece under the moon. So why aren't more people in them? They're scared they're not worth it. They don't believe they're worth the money the mastermind cost because the game all everyone plays. Well, Evans has 33 people paying them 35 grand. He's only in it for the money. Okay, what's that have to do with you and being a scammer? Not a scam. Jeff Bezos has more money in all of us combined. You're still buying shit on Amazon, junk shit you don't even need. Are you justifying it like that? See, until you value yourself enough to invest in yourself, nothing's going to change. Your life is going to look exactly the same where you're at today, maybe worse. Actually it is worse if it looks the same 10 years from now. Why? Because you lost 10 years of your life and you're at the same spot you should be. Coming a new person every two, three, four, six months. You should be evolving, growing, expanding your financial literacy, your business development, growth, your business. Everything needs to change, constantly grow. And until you invest in yourself, nothing's going to change. And I'm not saying watch a TV infomercial and go spend $50,000 and do nothing. I'm not saying that. I'm saying what do you want. This is what I would do. This is my action steps. Write down a thing, what do you want? Remember this though, what you want and what you need could be two totally, massively different things. Just be clear on that. What do you want? What do you want this to look like? What do you want the mastermind to do for you and what could you do for the mastermind? I want to gain clarity. I want to get around like minded people. I want to get around growth oriented people. I want to like share my real purpose, I want to share my real visions. See one of the guys in the room in South Carolina, he mentioned, you know, he's like, what's your real passion? It's not real estate yet. He wants to build a golf course community. Yes, there's real estate involved in that. But building a community and doing a single family residential real estate deals way different. Start thinking bigger, you start seeing the value in others, you start understanding relationship capital at the next level. Isn't it pretty cool too? Like what's awesome about masterminds is when you meet someone in the room that invested in themselves and you got two people that's invested in themselves, there's a lot of instant connection. Your belief systems are in alignment, you've been filtered through a process to get in that room. Therefore there's some connection before you even get connected. Think about that. It's so powerful. But what do you want to bring to the mastermind? What do you want the mastermind to do for you? What is your budget, if you will? And I gotta be honest with you, and I'm not saying this to be silly. If I had 35 grand in the bank and I was trying to grow to the next level and I kept beating my head against the wall, I'm in The same spot 12 months later, I'm finding a mastermind and I'm investing every penny I have to get around in a group like that. It will be scary, it'll be overwhelming, it'll be unsure. But I'm stepping out on faith, not just on the mastermind, but on myself to know that I'm going to step in that room and I'm going to bring the heat. I'm going to come hot, loaded, excited. I'm going to soak it up like a sponge and I'm going to come back next quarter with a bigger, bigger, bigger goals, bigger purpose. More importantly, more money in the bank now. More money in the bank now. My purpose is bigger now. I'm sure with the right people, they're inspiring Me, they're driving me, they're growing me, and we're learning together. What's cool about this process is you're doing the same for others. See, I know sometimes we think our value is not there, but trust me, people are watching you. Just because you're great at making money doesn't mean you're great at being a great dad or mom. Maybe someone's watching you be a great dad or mom and they're trying to. They're growing their business big, but they're slacking on that side. To me, that's failure. So maybe they get to pick that up from you. So maybe your value is coming in a different angle. I'm not there to dictate what your value is or isn't. You need to know that yourself. You need to understand it and more importantly, appreciate it and respect it. Write it down. Get to know yourself better. Understand where you're at and where you want to go. More importantly, who you want to get there with. Because you can't do it alone. It doesn't work like that. You always need other people. Yes, sometimes it's a silent fight in your brain. But the truth is there's so many great people out there. And every time I go to a mastermind, it comes to fruition every single time. Like, these are great human beings that have big goals and big dreams just as well as big fears. But their fears is not holding them back. That's why they're investing in themselves. The more you invest in yourself, the fears will be present, but they won't be holding you back. You'll acknowledge them and then you'll move forward because other guys and gals in the room are going to encourage you. I'm over here. Keep growing. You got this. Push, push. Don't be a pussy. Step your game up. It's okay. I'm here. If you need to lean on me. Hey, I got this great connection. You want to hook up with them to help you expedite it. These are the things that they're going to tell you and help you with. And until you invest in yourself, everything I'm saying here is just lip service. You're not hearing it. You might think you are. You might, you might. Until you've invested, you don't even know. You don't even know. That's the key to unlock to the next level. It really is. If you're doing business. And again, if you're not, if you're brand new in business, you're not doing any business. This is way you're not trying to get a mastermind, you're trying to get in a coaching program. Instead of a mastermind, I'm talking a mastermind, high level, high caliber people that are inspiring you to grow. Until as Beacon put here, until you invest in yourself, you'll never understand. You'll never understand everybody. Everybody wants to be the boss until they got to write the boss check. Everybody. You know what I'm talking about. You're sitting there trying to get free information all over the place. But I'm better than that. I'm going to game the system, keep gaming the system while others are out there creating the system and creating the game. You're just in the little bubble. Get in the real game. Invest in yourself. No one can take it away from you. That's the beauty of investing in yourself. You're constantly knowledging up, growing, expanding and learning. It's very powerful and I hope you guys get to experience it. Does it change my life and all my friends life forever? And it's going to continue to change our lives. Why? Because we're going to keep investing in masterminds. We're going to keep being a part of Masterminds, either as part of like running them and, or being a part of them or both. Ideally both. Because at the end of the day there's so many great people with different networks. So now what happens is what's cool about this is my network becomes Tim's network, Tim's network becomes mine, Joe's like it just, it's endless and you surround yourself around 100, 200, 300, 500amazing people that have the same core values. We could literally accomplish anything we want. Anything we want. Well, Besides maybe growing 6 inches and all that good stuff, but you know what I mean in business and at the end of the day getting the mastermind that wants to help a lot of great people. It's a very amazing piece. Any questions on this about masterminds? Any questions or thoughts for you guys? Beacon, you want to hop on here because you've been to a mastermind with me before when I jumped on stage and spoke at it in Tampa a while back ago. What's your thoughts? Beacon, you want to hop on the screen real quick, buddy? There you go.
Yeah, sorry. I got one of my AirPods. I died. Yeah, bro, sorry. They'll never understand. It's a different atmosphere just walking into a room of, I wouldn't even say higher level people because everybody has something to bring to the table. What level is that? Is completely subjective. To the person. But that's what's beautiful about being in a mastermind me, when I walked in to one of your mastermind events. For first of all, it's not regurgitating information. It's getting the right information delivered to you at the right moment in time in your life, in your business. And whatever you're doing, because everybody's throwing out information, oh, you should be doing this or you should be doing that. But I mean, from watching free YouTube videos on how to do certain things, you can't just call that person up and be like, here is my specific situation. How do I go about my specific situation? From your experience. And so now that.
Yeah, no, I mean, and like you said, it's all about timing of the information. Right. And not only that too. Masterminds are deep question. Typically, if you're in the right room, you're going deep on the question. It's not surface level questions like, hey, how do I grow a business? There's a lot of variables to that question, hey, how do I get wealthier? Well, there's a lot of variables that question, you know, as opposed to like understanding the deep connection to this, hey, Mark, I have a media company. I want to grow to $17 million a year over the next two years. Here's what it looks like. It's a very deep. And it's like my team looks like this. This is where I want to go. This is where I think it looks like, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And then we're going to challenge you through questions. We're going to ask you a series of questions. Understand really where you're at. Beacon, you were there when that one guy was talking about leaving a job because he had $700,000 on the line and this and that and all that. And you can't really answer a question. And the problem is, I think a lot of people are getting their questions answered. But the real truth is most people suck at asking questions. If you're getting your question answered and you think you're on your way, you actually might be getting further behind the eight ball. I'm asking questions because I genuinely want to understand the root of not the top. You know what I mean? So, you know, I'm not trying to understand. I want to understand the root question. I want to understand really what you're saying, because the truth is you don't know. So my job, knowing where I'm at in my life now is understand going deeper into the question to understand the underlying question. Question. And Then if we can solve that question, it takes care of a hundred other problems. See, the problem is you're out here trying to solve a hundred problems. Right? What about this? What about this? What about this? I'm trying to solve one that solves a hundred. And when you come with that mindset and understanding of the deep question conversation piece, that's what real masterminds can deliver to you if they are. If they are attentive to that situation, if they're in that thought process. Right, right.
No, that. That was actually well put. And Tyrone here said it the best. I mean, it's personalized masterminds. Any mastermind should be personal. Personalized.
That's when it becomes personalized mastermind. It's not a mastermind. Yeah, it's a coaching program. They just got you in there to sell you a personalized mastermind. They need to know about you to help you. You know, if you don't know everyone, dude, I'm straight up. I know everyone's birth dates. I know their kids birthdays. I know their anniversaries. I know when they're succeeding. I know when they're failing. I know what's going on. I'm very, very, very connected to those people. Hey, we get Coach Mastermind every day with you, Mark. Thank you, Tyrone. Well, I'm coaching you guys here. This is not necessarily a mastermind because I wish it was, because that'd be amazing. It's just not possible here in this kind of environment. The truth is that if this was a mastermind, I'd be felon you guys. For the simple reason is you're not paying to be here. And when you pay, you pay attention to a whole nother level. It's not just pay attention. You execute the information that we share here. The awesome thing about that is you guys are executing this information that we've been sharing over the last month and a half and getting results with free information. Could you imagine if you actually paid for it? Could you imagine? One of the guys in the Diem family recently sent me a message that he made over 400 grand in the last three months on something I shared with him in the DM family. And I said, hey, man, I'm sorry about that. I should have charged you 100 grand instead of 35 grand. And it's kind of a joke, but kind of serious. If he paid 35 grand and made 400 grand in four months, what would he do if he paid 100 grand? Think about that. This is all mindset stuff. I'm not saying I'm charging 100 grand, but I should because I know the results will speak for themselves. The true leader of a mastermind are typically trying to get you a 10x return on your money per year. That's what I'm trying to do. Minimum, if not way more. Like that's bare bones. That's like if we're not doing our job. So when you're investing 35 grand, you should be generating at least an extra 350 grand in your business. By the way, this isn't BS blown smoke up people's assets. This happens every single day in my world. Every single day. And it's happening monthly. You guys just saw Tim do the whole one million dollar in a month push. Well, that stimulated inside of the diem family at 100k push. Then he's like, I'm going for a million. And then he goes for a million. And I think he popped off 2 point something million. Almost 900,000 in cash and the rest in equity. How's this happen? Why does this happen? Why does it happen to certain people and not you? Have you ever thought about that? Well, there is a reason and it's masterminds, I can promise you that. So any questions? Beacon, Did I leave anything out, my man?
Nope. I think that was solid. I think a lot of us need to, you know, digest that and really see, because I, I just want to leave this on the table. I'm sure a lot of you guys are here in the chat that are either working in your business, want to work on top of your business, and you guys hear, you know, Mark talking about how to become the magician, how to actually get on top of. Mark said it the best. You can't level up if you're not putting yourself in a different room with people that are in a different level than you, that can help you, you know. So some things that some people might need to think about is reaching out to you and seeing what, what mastermind or what that actually looks like. Because this is a very personal thing that can keep people at their level forever.
They don't.
Get out of there. Get out.
Well, you know, it's beautiful about this stuff we're talking about, guys. Hey, Carl. Thank you, buddy. What was that? Thank you, Mark. I started wholesaling 10 months ago, watching your videos. My opinion, you're the goat. Truth changed my life and my family. Thank you. That's awesome, man. Congratulations. Thank you for sharing that. That's what it's about. It gives me goosebumps, actually. I love that Stuff but probably the biggest thing what's cool about these Masterminds is I got to kind of remember June 21st will be 24 years in business. I've been in 24 years. A lot of you guys here listening to me probably aren't even 24 years old yet, which is cool and I'm excited for that actually. One of my boys, Austin, just got his dream car, the Rolls Royce Wraith. I got to see it. One of the first guys to see it when he was in town here in Florida, he just took it up the C bus this weekend. But I love seeing a 27 year old kid. He's a kid by the way and I'm gonna say it in a negative way, it's amazing because I'm dude, 42 June 19. But seeing him accomplish that, he's been a part of the DM family for three years now and seeing him accomplish that, I, I can't stop to think that him being in Masterminds, he would be there. I can't think if he, if he wasn't in these masterminds. Not just mine, he's in a couple but he, he is a doer. He's an investor in himself. He invests in himself every single day. Not just money but time, energy is, you know, he's connected, he wants to help people. It's just so awesome to see and it's one of the most. The truth is again it's like being a dad, I'm paying attention this a lot more now. Like we want our children and I'm not saying the guys in the DM family are my children but like I take it that serious that they're a part of the family. I want to see them better than me. I want to see them be bigger than me. Just because they're bigger in one area doesn't mean I can't help them in another area and vice versa. So as we're developing and growing in this Mastermind world, what's cool about it? Austin is 27 years old, four years deep in the Masterminds every year he keeps investing in himself. He's only going to get bigger. Not just bigger financially, but connection wise, his relationships get bigger. He keeps showing up, he keeps performing, he keeps learning, he keeps earning, he keeps reinvesting and it just keeps getting bigger and bigger and bigger. I can only imagine, imagine in 15 years when he turns 42 where he'll be in his financial life and business life. It's going to be epic, amazingly over the top, like so massive. And that gets me excited. That's the stuff I think about. That's the stuff I'm, like, watching. Like, oh, my God, I'm just proud to be a part of the journey. I'm proud and honored that they would even make the investment in themselves, not me, themselves. To join the DM family, it's a big deal. It's a lot of money. But on the grand scheme of things, it's nothing at all. And until you understand what we're sharing here today with you, nothing else will change. You're going to be stuck. You're going to be frustrated, you're going to be pissed off. Watching everyone around you succeed at the highest level because you, not them. You are too afraid to pull the trigger. You're too afraid to step up your game. You're too afraid to invest in yourself, to invest in your future. And when you move forward from listening to this audio or video, know that you 100% are the one that's making the decision to change your life. No one can do it for you. Only you. And when you do that and when you lean into it, amazing things happen. It's scary, it's fun, it's exhilarating, it's exciting. Don't expect it to happen overnight, but step up your game today. Make the move, make the shift. Be the change. Not for you, just for you, your family and the people you care about the most. Because if you don't do it, then who's going to do it? It's your time. I'm knocking on the door. The question is, are you going to answer it? With that said, make sure to check me out over on instagram @Markevans DM. Make sure to get your copy. Magician vs. Mule.
