When I was talking to my buddy this morning about him hiring people, there's a couple mindset pieces that come with this. This guy is one of the hardest working guys I know. He cannot work me, but he's hard worker, he's cranking, he is doing some amazing stuff. He's hitting mid six figures a month in revenue. It's a multi million dollar company, by the way. He started with 016 months ago and he's going to hit multiple millions of dollars this year, which is very cool. But he's never really hired people and he's always fought me on hiring people. He's like, dude, they can't do it. I need to control it. He's very clear about that. That's a real thing. I dealt with it myself back in the day. And he finally, and he's like, you realize I wouldn't be 20% of where I'm at today if I didn't hire people like you told me to do. He said, no joke, man. What I really done, I just sit back. If you tell me to do it, I do it. Now, I still fight it a little bit, but I know you're telling me for a reason.
