Dina.
What are some of the best deals I've ever done? The first and best deal I've ever done was marry my wife, Dina. But in all seriousness, in business, my best deal was my first deal because it validated everything I learned. It came to reality. See, a lot of you out there learning theory and thoughts and punching numbers and calculators and getting all excited. I call it mental masturbation. But the truth is, once you put the rubber meets the road and you do a deal, that's the best deal. Because now you see what's possible. The second best deal, it's the next one I'm about to do. Stay tuned.
