My biggest fear is raising kids with money. I don't know how to do it. Do you guys? I don't know how to do it. I want to raise my kids like my parents raised me. I want my kids to be great human beings, great providers, great givers, great thinkers, great leaders. And I don't care if they work for someone or not. I don't care if they go to college or not. I'm not trying to instill what I want them to do. I'm trying to instill what they want to do. And I want to support them on their big dreams, big goals. However, with that said, I will course correct them if they try to do something stupid. Hey dad, I'm going to do this. I'm like, hey, here's what I would do. Here's what I wouldn't do. You got to remember they're children. They're going to make dumb choices. We're all here to be alive. I can't believe it. Truthfully, we've all done really dumb stuff. But the thing is, is, you know, with these kids now they have access to all this crazy stuff we never had access to. It's like, how do we raise kids with money? We used to dream about a million. They're dreaming about a billion. You guys understand that, right? They think a billion dollars is easy. Like they talk like it's like nothing. A billion, dad. Dad, why aren't you a trillionaire yet? Huh? Do you know what a trillion dollars— what are you talking about? But what we got to do is adjust the conversation and talk to them about how to add value, how to bring to market. Everything I'm sharing with you guys about this sauce company is exactly what I tell my kids all the time. When I'm walking into a restaurant, I'm like, what do you see? Look around. Who's winning? Who's losing? What's working? What's not working? What would you do different? Hey, Dad, the guy who buys donuts, he doesn't have his— he doesn't have his logo on his box. What's his name? What's his number? What's his website? Yeah. Okay, cool. Did you tell him his name's Anthony? Go tell him. Right. And it's like these are things that we're doing. It's like we're looking to address the market. These are children. Yes, but they're very moldable right now. And you get them thinking differently. Get them thinking about financials. Get them thinking about P&Ls. Get them thinking about SOPs. Get them thinking about KPIs. Get them thinking about being what a leader looks like.
