Hey, my name is Kevin Marin. I'm from Atlanta, Georgia. I'm the gutter king. That's my business. I own a few others. I love dealmaker events, takeaways. Today, one that really stuck with me, which I know for myself, is year one, you're planting seeds. Year two, you're watering those seeds. These are relationships. Year three, you're harvesting and so on. That's what's happened with me. First year, I didn't know anyone. I didn't know one person. The second year, you know a bunch of people, but you're still kind of getting to know them. Year three, I feel like I'm the mayor in here. I know everybody. People coming up to me. People know who I am. It's awesome. You got to get around people like this who are motivated, who go away from their families flying in. They want to do business. It's so easy to do business with those guys. It's not like you're trying to convince somebody why something's a good deal. All you have to do is talk about your deals. Or they come to me sometimes and say, hey, are you interested in getting in this? It's an incredible way. I should have been doing it earlier in life. But anybody who's watching this, this is where you need to be. So there'll be other events like this. You got to get to them.
