My first year would take you two and a half years to do. Maybe three years. Don't sell for what you're trying to get. Sell for what they're trying to get for them. It's about them, not you. Your fund will never grow if the clients can't grow with you and if it's not beneficial for them in whatever fashion. The problem is I have other places of money. I'm getting 3%. I have millions of dollars out of 3% a month. Millions secured first position. Three partners I have private secured. They would have to pay me because their wife's going to take everything if they don't kind of thing. I literally have them just anchor down and then you're pitching 7 or 10%. So I wouldn't be a prospect for that.
