Overcome fear. You know, fear of what other people will think of you or fear of taking risks is to focus on others. Right? It's like I tell people who I'm teaching to raise capital and get into multifamily. They're nervous about asking people for money or putting themselves out there raising money for deals. And I help them realize, look, there's millions and millions and billions of dollars is sitting around doing nothing, making no money, giving these people no value, no joy. They need people like you. They're not connected to the. They know nothing about what you're doing. They're not connected to the opportunity. They don't know who to trust. You can build a relationship with them. You can help them generate, you know, 10, 15, 20, 30% returns on their money. They're gonna love you for it. And not only that, it's selfish if you don't. If you don't do that, if you don't help them, if you don't bring value and contribute to society by doing that. Once you flip that to what I'm doing is noble and I'm helping people versus.
