This is a YouTube video titled "Pay them less, work them harder" created on May 21, 2024, discussing the transition from being a boss to a leader, emphasizing teamwork and the importance of not focusing solely on financial gain.
I had to transition. That's when I used to be a boss, though now I'm a leader. Leaders and bosses are two drastically different things. They're not employees. They're team members. We're a team, and we're only as strong as our weakest link. Tattoo assistants. They're awesome people. As you're evolving, you got to start thinking, stop trying to nickel and dime your way to riches. It does not really work like that. And if it doesn't even work, it won't be fun, it'll be stressful, and you'll be very lonely because no one else is making money but you.
