You should make time for the stuff that's priorities in your life. So you don't necessarily have to compartmentalize everything. It's just life.
And just to be clear, it's not easy and it's very rarely convenient. But these little kids, man, they're only around once. When they're gone, they're gone. So you start looking at a different picture, a different lens. If I look at your calendar and you don't have certain things with your family or your wife or your kids or something like that, I can tell you what it's going to look like in the future. It ain't going to be pretty, it's not a priority. But you'll take a dumb ass meeting with someone that doesn't even have a real deal, talk to them and waste your time for two hours talking about nothing. And then as opposed to spending time with your kids and all these little things, the way you talk to them, the way you pat them on the back, say good job. All these little things that actually matter. Deals will be around forever. These kids will be off in the college or school or running their building their families. We could always do a deal.
