Mark Evans explains why he focuses energy on people ready to change rather than those resistant to help. He believes in meeting people where they're at in their life cycle and winning with winners instead of dragging along those who refuse proven strategies.
My goal is, like, catch people, depending where they're at on the cycle. And if I can catch you on the right side, like, we can solve problems quicker. And I think sometimes what happens. These are all seasons of life. I always think, like, win with winners, not wieners. I mean, whiners. It's a lot easier. I spent a lot of my life dragging shitheads along. Like, come on, you got this. You got. I want it more for them than they do. And I'm mad when they leave me, and I'm like, dude, you don't want this. Give them the life. I give them the strategy. I know it works because I'm living it, I'm doing it, but yet they're not coming along.
