I'm Mike Burns. I'm from Salt Lake City, Utah. Real estate investor. We're flipping homes. We got a rental portfolio, lending for money. We got a mortgage company and a real estate brokerage.
We're just trying to invest in opportunities as well, develop those businesses, whatever it might be.
I want the dmjet experience just to expand my network, grow relationships, be in an environment where high level conversations are happening. Not a private jet.
So obviously, you know, just put yourself in an environment where you're not going to be doing this happening.
Top three takeaw. Not really a takeaway, but more a reinforcement of relationship capital. Like everything that I do in my life and business is relationship based. But as you grow your relationships, like I said earlier, as you continue to evolve, you put yourself around people that are doing more than you are and you grow those relationships.
It just makes your life, your business better. And more opportunities can come from that.
No, for me, man, you get nuggets here and there and I'm on the spot on the jet right now, so I don't really have any of those. What might take away and work reinforcement, like I said, is just the more that you continue to thought audit and monitor the environment you're putting yourself into, what you're listening to, what you're eating.
Like all of the that comes in, like that's going to be the output.
The production of your life. Nah, man, you can do whatever you want to do.
I think it's just taking the action and putting it in.
You know, one of the guys that Scott Travis said, he's like, you know, if I know I'm here and I want to be over here, you drill it all the way down. But the reality is the only way to go from here to here is you have to leave.
So you gotta leave there.
And that means going all in. You can't, you can't half ass it. So either you're either gonna do it or you're not gonna do it.
So you might as well do it.
No one's gonna do this for you. There's always, you know, you can talk about it, dream about it, watch other people do it. And I think that's what a lot of people end up doing.
They watch other people live life they wish they were living again.
You gotta leave here to get there. You don't leave here, you're not gonna leave there.
You gotta go do it. You gotta mix yourself at the right time.
