When you guys are helping someone and you know someone that needs help, like, have a great conversation, push them a little bit. It's okay to push, not. Not be annoying. But like, dude, like, you have it. It's just, you know, sometimes, and this is the truth, when you believe in others more than they believe in themselves, you give them a confidence they didn't even know they had access to. So then they can tap into it and then take that belief system and scale it up. What we call it is borrowing belief systems, right? I believe boom, boom, boom can do this. And then when they believe they can do it, because I, you know, you know, I'm telling them they can. And I have no dog in the fight. Like, I genuinely want him to win. If he wins, it doesn't mean I lose, by the way. That's what's cool about it. Like, I want him to win. But the problem is, is when you're on that up and coming, there's a lot of doubt, fear, right? You left your job, you left your. Your safety net. You left this, you left there. You'd have done a lot of stuff different to knowing what you know now. But guess what? Can't go backwards. We can only go from here today to moving forward.
