It's all deprogramming, it's all unprogramming, all the old that you think you have to do. It's not work harder to get bigger results. It's working properly. It doesn't matter if it's hard work or not hard work. It's about working smarter, working hard and smart at the same time. And who's making the calls for you? Are you? What kind of marketing are you doing? You or them? So goal setting to me is very different. Again, my take and my thought on it is the way I set goals. I'm focused on lifestyle first, business second. This is huge. So think about this. What do you want the business to do for you? Not what can you do for the business. Like I want to make $5 million. Well, that's you to make $5 million. What can the business do for you? I'd rather make a million and do nothing and have a lifestyle.
