Here we go. Hi, this is Jay Conrad Levinson. I'm the father of real marketing, and I'm honored to be here with Mark Evans, who learned a lot about marketing these past few days. And you ought to also, because if you're in the real estate business, know it or not, you're also in the marketing business. And if you know that you're in the marketing business, that also means you're in a service business. If you got to service those clients that you have. And you've got to realize, most of all, you're in the people business. And the more that you realize you're in those businesses, the more of a guerrilla marketer you are. Guerrilla marketing is the way it's happening now and for the rest of this century at the very least. Mark is a gorilla. I hope that you will be, too, because guerrilla marketing works for everybody all the time. If you realize it does not work instantly, but it always works eventually. I wish you good luck. Congratulate you on being a cohort of marker of Mark Evans. Perfect.
