Me going from construction to real estate was really, really scary because I knew construction, I didn't know real estate, but I was like, dude, I can't work any harder to make any money. I got to do something that has a bigger spread, bigger opportunities, a different vehicle, which is real estate investing. Single fam. And then I got that so big. And then I was like, okay, now I have all these people and I have this construction company doing rehabs. Now I need to figure out how to do bigger. So I started out, you know, I started actually doing work projects for other investors, started building decent sized construction company with my real estate company and I was like, okay, I can't make any more. I'm going crazy. I'm dealing with contractors. You don't know how that is, but now let's do volume. And then I switched it from being a single family rehab or to sell or single family to rental. What I did is I switched and said, okay, I'm going to be a turnkey hold a turnkey investor. I'm going to sell turnkey assets, I'm going to buy, fix up, clean and sell cash to people. So I started doing that cycle and got up to a lot of deals doing that. But the thing is, is these are constant evolutions and way different conversations. What I'm thinking about, who I'm talking to, all of it changed.
