A short YouTube motivational clip (by Mark Evans DM) encouraging people to "step up" and remove self-imposed barriers. Speaker reassures listeners that perfection (best equipment, flawless audio/video) isn't required — blurry video and odd audio are acceptable — and urges creators to start sharing content and let people know what they're doing.

So many of you are so close to a whole other world. If you just step up and get out of your way. You don't have to be the best. You just have to step back and realize you looking sharp, you looking real clean and crisp. It's not always the best for you. We live in a world where it's okay to have blurry video. It's okay to have weird audio. We've accepted that as kind of normal. So you don't have to have the best equipment, having video and start shooting, just let people know what you're up to.
