Two biggest things is one, get in the room with when you're the dumbest guy in a room. I mean, by far, these guys are crushing it, and I'm learning so much in seconds from them, and it's impacting my business in real time. But the biggest thing that I learned was focus. Right? Focus. I'm here, I'm there, I'm all over the place. Lacking that focus and clarity is hurting my business, and it's not allowing it to grow at the exponential it needs to. So I'm trying to now refocus what I'm doing, push that forward to make sure I'm making the biggest impact on a daily basis.
