In our closets or more food in our pantries is to be responsible stewards for the money that we have made. My way of making through real estate I want to teach you how to make it through real estate getting them you know the mind before the money. Right Knowing that when you do succeed we want to use the benefits of those successes.
Well I think what you're also going.
To be as successful as we are.
Right and you're talking about this concept of compassionate capitalism and spiritual stewardship which can coexist Talk more about that.
Well listen I'm not about charity I'm about philanthro capitalism and so when we built 21 villages in Haiti over the last 11 years again housing 10,000 desperately poor homeless people I don't go over there to hug orphans I take a business mentality I go over there been tapped you know I've been tapped many a time by the good Lord who knew I would go from building houses on the ocean to building entire.
