You know, I think a lot of times we're looking for that one. Aha. I think it's like a combination of it. The biggest moment was October 8th when my grandmother passed. So I was like, oh, my God, there's more to life. That was a very unexpected situation. And then, boom. You know, it just hit me.
While things were kind of working, his world completely shifted on a dime. His grandmother sadly and suddenly passed away, and something deep changed inside of him.
I was like, I gotta be bigger. I gotta be smarter about how I'm going at this. And I'd had some. Some money kind of rolling in companies and all that, but I didn't have a business at a job, you know, But. But again, I always thought I was right. You know, I thought I was right every day because I was the boss. And that's the shift. I became a leader, not a boss. I realized I don't like telling people what to do. I want to inspire people on how we can do it better, and they can give me feedback and I can become better.
