A brief transcript of a conversation (two speakers) from a YouTube video titled "THE SECRET IS IN THE DATA, NOT THE DRAMA!" The speakers discuss hiring practices, the need to remove emotion from business decisions, and emphasize using numbers/data rather than drama or feelings when making hiring and operational choices.
You know, so I was actually always putting myself, you know, creating those fires that I not knowing I was creating just by saying, hey, just give me a call. Hey, do you need to give me. Okay, now it's more like, what should we do?
Who should we get there?
Why is this happening again? And then the team suddenly.
Just gotta start hiring.
You gotta go for enough people to find the right ones.
Listen, how many girls did you have.
Before you met your wife? Not a whole lot, brother. I'm creating the background, man.
We ain't trying to measure that.
I think the problem is we gotta take the emotion out of it.
It's business.
It's numbers that doesn't matter.
