A short YouTube monologue by Mark Evans DM arguing that the smartest person is the one who assembles the smartest team. The speaker advises business owners to recruit and retain competent specialists (cited as David and Michael) so they can protect and grow their money and serve as reliable eyes and ears for the business.
The smartest person is the guy that brings the smartest people in the room. You know, like, I'm not that smart. I learned. I'm like, great question. Let me text. Hello. Great question. Let me text David. Great question. Let me text Michael. I don't know. I think I have an idea. But again, like, we're all all of us business owners. We're talking to, you know, so many moving parts. Like, this is a specialty piece of the business, and it is a very large piece. And especially if you're building this for future, you know, protect your money and grow it, you got to make sure you have good people on your team that's growing with you, so they're your eyes and ears, and they never cost you money. If you're looking at this properly.
