I do have the ultimate time freedom. I build it. I know how to do it. It's not always easy. It's actually more mental than anything because I'm sitting here like, everyone's saying, it's so hard. I'm making more money. Everyone's saying, you can't start a new business. I've bought multiple things and I'm looking to buy more. Money's a tool. That's why I like buying businesses. Truthfully. That's why I like buying houses that are already built. Truthfully, I don't like to develop because it takes time. I don't like to build a company. It takes years to get it to stabilize the profit. I can buy your time for pennies on the dollar. There's companies you could literally buy today for pennies on the dollar. Build it up. Not only that, you'd know if it's already successful. You could buy something that you already know has a track record. Why do I need to create it? Why do I need to dream about it? Why do I need to struggle through it? Why do I need to fight, Figure it out, fight again, figure it out again and continue down that path? Why can't I just buy a performing asset? By the way, that's what franchises are mostly. Not all franchises, by the way, are created equal, but that's what you're kind of doing. You're buying a model that works. Same thing I do in businesses.
