A short YouTube monologue (Mark Evans DM) reflecting on teaching and coaching dynamics. The speaker observes that teachers often learn more than students, and emphasizes adapting approach to individual learners — some respond to push while others shut down — requiring staff and teams to continuously learn and adjust.

They always say, the teacher learns more than the student because you gotta understand the student is green. We're kind of thinking, we know where we're taking them. We know where we're at. We know where it's starting. So it's like, now it's just a matter of. And not that every person's different. Just, like, staff and teams got to navigate. Hey, man, if I push hard with this person, they actually shut down. If I push hard with this person and you get in their face, like, they actually spike up. So, dude, we're always learning that.
