Real entrepreneurs get out there, get their face punched in and keep pushing forward every day when you don't want to. I don't want to work today. I don't want to deal with employees today. I don't want to deal with all this today. But we have to. It's what we signed up for. At the end of the day, as I'm meeting these people through the journey because I started through the journey of starting and most importantly through the journey of not stopping allowed me to meet individuals along this path to meet and say I like that person. Because of that, then you start hiring coaches and mentors. Back in the day I used to go to the library and read books about leadership management. But again, the difference was I was a boss back then. I was like, that's my way or no way. Work harder, I don't care. Now I'm a leader by design.
