The biggest thing as a real entrepreneur when you sell a company, no one thinks about it is the loneliness. After you sell, you just got $20 million. Now what scary dude sounds crazy. Because, you know, if you've never done it sounds crazy. But your best friends probably are your employees. They're gone, right? Right hand man, gal gone because they go with the company, right? Your baby that you worked so hard, sweat, cried, feared losing. Every day. The last 18 years, gone. All the stuff gone. Like that. So now they have a void to fill. And these are hard drivers. You don't just stop working 16 hours a day just because you sold. That's not what you do. It doesn't just. It's not a switch. So in their brain. I always tell anybody that sells a company, don't do anything for 12 months.
