A short YouTube monologue (short-form video) by Mark Evans DM addressing the entrepreneur mindset. The speaker describes entrepreneurs as "crazy people" who inherit their role unexpectedly, argues they should accept and commit fully rather than suppress it, and emphasizes obligations to themselves, clients, future team members, and loved ones.

We as entrepreneurs are pretty crazy people. We didn't even sign up for this. This is just what's been handed tapped on our shoulder. And we have to either accept it or we have to just suppress it. I don't recommend the latter. You accept it, you understand it, and you acknowledge it and you go all in. You owe it to yourself, you owe it to your clients, you owe it to your potential team members in the future. More importantly, yield to people you care and love the most about.
