Independent team player. All of our companies, mostly in my companies, are virtual. So I have people all over the world that are working for us, either on the phone, in person, conversating with different people. But you have to be an independent, be on your own. But you also gotta be a team player. You gotta know these dynamics are together. So you gotta figure out communication loops. You gotta have conversations with each other that are gonna inspire, connect, drive and communicate with each other, knowing that the team is only as strong as the weakest link. You don't want to be the weakest link. You, as the leader, need to identify the weakest. L either nurture it, work on it, and grow it and move on and find someone else.
