Mark Evans DM explains what he looks for when hiring. He prioritizes hard work, trustworthiness, and a willingness to grow over experience or credentials.
I was just curious, like, what you would look for, that's all. I'm more looking for operators. I'm looking for the mule. I'm looking for the guy that I was 20 years ago, you know, that's what I'm looking for. A guy that's hard working, trustworthy, get done, willing to grow, willing to take advice. Here's my money. Go to work. I'm twice your age, so it's like, dude, I remember when I was 20, like, I would work 18 hours. I loved it. So if you find a guy that, like, bankroll you, oh, my God, it's game over.
