Like employ more people than we really need and just really simplify and get out of, you know, what you, you know, what does it make sense for your business to continue doing so? That was, it sounds super simple and yet that's going to be business changing.
My name is Jeff Latham. I run a real estate team up in Washington state and I just want to say that this deal a thon is freaking amazing. I've learned that I'm going to make a heck of a lot more money by investing in flipping properties than I will with my residential, retail, real estate business. Learned a ton and some of the biggest takeaways from this event just are just surrounding yourself with a power team, having some really strong KPIs, knowing what your numbers are, what you're driving for and just, just driving that home every, every month.
