A short YouTube conversation (uploaded Nov 26, 2023 by Mark Evans DM) in which SPEAKER A asks how many companies the average colleague owns and SPEAKER B responds that the number of companies is less important than how work is structured, advocating focusing on outcomes, team-building, and proper structuring to improve results.
How many companies does the average person you work with have? Do they have one company? Three or four? Five, Seven? Particular. Like, what's your best? Because a lot of these guys, lots of people, would have multiple.
For me, it has no bearing on how many companies you have. It's what you do and how you're doing it. Maybe doing it through one company and be doing some phenomenal number. Or you may have four that add up to. There's not one particular hurdle. The hurdle is you want to be doing more than you're doing today. You want to put a team around you to help you get there. And if structured the right way, you'll be doing way better.
